DVSA Industrial Strike Action: 1st February 2023

We have been notified by the DVSA of service-wide strike action which will take place on Wednesday 1 February. At this moment, we do not know what level of impact this may have on us as a training provider however we are aware some vocational tests may be affected.

The DVSA will be contacting you directly if you have a test booked for this date in an affected region.  If we have booked and named a test for you on this date, we will be in touch to let you know your test may be affected by the strike action. We will be able to change the date of your test now through the online booking system. However, if you do not want to change the date, you will be expected to turn up for your test as planned. If the test cannot go ahead, we will be able to claim out-of-pocket expenses for your test and training time.

The DVSA customer service centre may be affected by the strike action and it may take longer than usual to answer your query. The customer service centre will close at 4pm on Wednesday 1 February 2023.
