Driver CPC Training Courses

What is Driver CPC?

Driver CPC is aimed at all existing bus, coach and lorry drivers and is designed to enhance their current knowledge and skills to ensure they continue to be safe, courteous and drive in an environmentally friendly manner.

Having acquired a licence, any driver holding LGV/HGV (C1, C and/or C+E) or PCV/PSV (D1, D and/or D+E) must undertake 35 hours of training every five years, ensuring their driver CPC is current, and they hold a Drivers Qualification Card (DQC).

Only courses approved by the Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training (JAUPT) will count towards the periodic training requirements.
